Glatopa Co-Pay Program
Eligible patients may have a $0 for their monthly Co-Pay for their Glatopa prescriptions.*
*Glatopa Co-Pay Program Eligibility
The Glatopa Co-Pay Program provides up to $9,000 in annual Co-Pay support for Glatopa prescriptions. This program is not health insurance. This program is for insured patients only; uninsured cash-paying patients are not eligible. Patients are not eligible if prescriptions are paid, in whole or in part, by any state or federally funded programs, including but not limited to Medicare (including Part D, even in the coverage gap) or Medicaid, Medigap, VA, DOD, or TriCare, or private indemnity, or HMO insurance plans that reimburse you for the entire cost of your prescription drugs, or where prohibited by law. Card may not be combined with any other rebate, coupon, or offer. Card has no cash value. Sandoz reserves the right to rescind, revoke, or amend this offer without further notice.
Personalized Injection Training
Your patients can schedule an injection training session with a GlatopaCare Nurse Trainer. This session can help them feel confident about self-injections and proper injection technique. The Nurse Trainer can go to your patient's home and is also available by phone to help with injection questions.
Injection training is provided free of charge and is also available to Glatopa® (glatiramer acetate injection) patients' family members and caregivers.
Patients who enroll in GlatopaCare will receive Glatopaject free of charge upon first receiving Glatopa.
24/7 Support From GlatopaCare Nurse Trainers
GlatopaCare Nurses are available 24/7 to serve as injection support. They can also provide answers to questions related to Glatopa and guidance about self-injection and proper injection technique to your patients at any time.
